At SYIN & SERN, we provide the impetus to have good researching skills, by promoting the author to write good research articles. In the field of law, it is tremendously important to keep working hard and writing because it entails one with superior researching skills.

These articles report specific instances of interesting phenomena. A goal of short note is to make other researchers aware of the possibility that a specific phenomenon might occur.

The scholarly book review serves many purposes and has the potential to be an influential literary form.
