he Syin & Sern Law Review is both a professional and student-run organization whose primary purpose is to publish a journal of legal scholarship.

The Review publishes articles by students, professors, judges, and practitioners and solicits reviews of the consequential contemporary subject. All articles are subjected to a rigorous editorial process designed to sharpen and strengthen substance and tone.
The Review elucidates and works towards achieving its motto “[i]t’s never too early to reveal the real law”. Herein, 'syin' originating from the Japanese word 'shin' alludes to 'real', and 'sern' originating from 'soon' comprehends our motto.
Syin & Sern follows a triple-blind review method for editing manuscripts.
