Abhay Raj
(Founding Editor)
Abhay Raj is currently a fifth-year law student pursuing B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, and a former exchange student of Queen Mary University of London. Being an avid mooter, he has done UNSW Moot Court Competition, Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot and has coached multiple teams, providing him with insight into the field of Investment Arbitration.
​
He has worked as a paralegal at Saraf and Partners, and has previously been offered paralegalship position at P&A Law Offices and Svarniti Law Offices and assisted them on matters pertaining to arbitration and contract law.
​
He currently also serves as a General Editor at the Queen Mary's Business and Law Journal.
Anugrah Robin Frey

Partner, Saraf and Partners
With an overall experience of 10+ years, Robin is a Partner at Saraf and Partners and has significant exposure in insolvency law whereby, he has handled some of India’s largest insolvency matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, on behalf of resolution professionals, financial and operational creditors, committee of creditors and resolution applicants.
​
He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. His other area of focus is complex corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration. He has advised several marquee domestic and foreign clients in successful resolution of their disputes. Robin has also worked on contentious oppression and mismanagement matters and white collar crime mandates.
Deepanshu Poddar

Deepanshu Poddar is currently working as an Associate at AZB & Partners, Delhi. He has completed his Master in Law from Cambridge University (2021), and has completed his graduation from Jindal Global Law School (2020).

Prior to this, he was working as an Associate at Indus Law. His main areas of interest are law & economics, especially contemporary issues in insolvency & restructuring in India. He frequently writes op-ed's on contemporary insolvency/ restructuring issues.

Meghan Krumbach, a J.D. Candidate at the University of California, Davis School of Law, is working with the Syin & Sern in a capacity of a Senior Editor and Board Member. Meghan completed her bachelors from California State University- Sacramento. Her contribution as an editor at various internationally acclaimed law reviews and her special interest in the field of Environment Law makes her an intrinsic part of the organisation.

Our Managing Editor Atmika Patnaik, is currently pursuing her Master in Law from Cambridge University, and has completed her dual Master in Law from Kings College London. She was also an exchange student to U.C. Davis School of Law, California. Not only has she worked with well-known advocates of India, she also holds an exemplary record when it comes to publications and non-academic experiences, be it by being the Secretary of the Drafting Committee of her college and an avid member in the Legal Aid Clinic or Mooting and ADRs. ​

Shambhavi Thakur

Shambhavi is a law graduate from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat. Although law and academia were unplanned ventures for her, they have been extremely rewarding. She is deeply inclined towards research and writing. Her academic interests include Environmental Law, Human Rights Law, Constitutional Law, and Child Rights Laws. Subhrajit Chanda

Shubhrajit Chanda, a Ph.D. candidate and a professor from Jindal Global Law School is our Senior Editor. Subhrajit did his LL.M. in Sports Law, from Nottingham Trent University of United Kingdoms. He is also a sports enthusiast and has played for the Sports Authority of India, the eastern region. Also, Back in the UK, he has worked as a sports mentor volunteer at Nottingham Trent University Partner with Laureus Foundation and UK Media and Sports Government.

Philip Ashok Alex, a fourth-year undergraduate student at National Law University, Delhi, is our Senior Editor. He shares a deep penchant in matters relating to IP laws, public international laws and commercial arbitration.
