Ankita Vashisht

She has been pursuing a career in law, practising since July 2016, with her main areas of engagement being civil and commercial litigation, criminal laws, and arbitration. At present, she is working as Assistant Public Prosecutor at Directorate of Prosecution, Government of NCT of Delhi, New Delhi, India.
She has qualified UGC NET for Assistant Professorship and also keeps a keen research interest in intellectual property laws, rights of traditional communities, environmental laws and animal laws. She envisions empowered traditional communities having autonomy over their art and enterprising their craft, and is currently endeavouring towards this project through her Ph.D. thesis.
She is also a poetess, available at her podcast channel, 'Khamir - The Poetess Project.' Facts dissolve into fiction and fiction creates newer facts, and together they churn stories. She is inquisitive to know people's stories, perspectives, critiques, thoughts, ideas and emotions. She believes that proper syntax and punctuation are crucial tools.

Urvashi Shahi

Urvashi Shahi is a former Senior Research Fellow at Centre for Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. She has extensively worked on research projects funded by IBBI and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India.
Prior to this, she was working as an Assistant Professor at the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies(UPES), Dehradun where she taught Financial Regulation, Banking Law, Jurisprudence, etc. She has completed her master in Law(LL.M) from NALSAR University, Hyderabad & holds a specialization in corporate commercial laws.
Her main areas of interest are law & economics, especially contemporary issues in insolvency & restructuring in India. She frequently writes op-ed's on contemporary insolvency/ restructuring issues.

Meghan Krumbach, a J.D. Candidate at the University of California, Davis School of Law, is working with the Syin & Sern in a capacity of a Senior Editor and Board Member. Meghan completed her bachelors from California State University- Sacramento. Her contribution as an editor at various internationally acclaimed law reviews and her special interest in the field of Environment Law makes her an intrinsic part of the organisation.

Deokinandan Sharma, a fourth-year law student at Jindal Global Law School, whose main interests lie in the intricacies of Sports Law. His mild OCD makes him do well in academic work and never lose points while researching. Ishita Singh, a fourth-year law student at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, is our Senior Editor.
